Refund policy

Kindly Note:
The customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it's dispatched. The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery.Order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted, especially for Banarasi sarees. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
The time window for cancellation varies based on different categories and the order cannot be canceled once the specified time has passed.

In some cases, the customer may not be allowed to cancel the order for free, post the specified time and a cancellation fee will be charged. The details about the time window mentioned on the product page or order confirmation page will be considered final.

In case of any cancellation from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

CulturalSaree reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. CulturalSaree also reserves the right to waive off or modify the time window or cancellation fee from time to time.
For Handwoven Products, fabrics are pure and present the finest quality, they require careful handling. We mostly have one of each kind at a time. Consequently, we don’t take returns and exchange of products unless in extreme & exceptional circumstances.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us at contact@culturalsaree.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, with pictures of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or refund, if applicable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.At CulturalSaree.com, we have a no return policy for our Banarasi sarees due to their delicate craftsmanship. Once a Banarasi saree is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review the product details and images carefully before making your purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
