Refund policy

Kindly Note:
Since our products are Handwoven, fabrics are pure and present the finest quality, they require careful handling. At CulturalSaree, we strive to deliver authentic, high-quality sarees to our customers. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are applicable only for Banarasi sarees, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- A 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate any return. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and any issues with the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Provide the mandatory 360° product opening video along with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Once verified, we will process an exchange or refund.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized sarees, discounted products, or items purchased during special sales or gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Important Note
Without the required 360° unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
