Yes, you can! We offer a premium collection of silk sarees that you can buy silk saree online. Our silk sarees are crafted from high-quality fabrics and are available in various designs to suit your style.

We recommend dry cleaning for silk and Banarasi sarees to maintain their delicate fabric and design. For cotton and casual sarees, you can follow the care instructions provided with the saree, but generally, they can be hand-washed or machine-washed in cold water.

For formal events and weddings, we recommend our Banarasi Silk Sarees or Pure Silk Sarees, which offer a blend of elegance and tradition. For casual outings or daily wear, you can opt for our lightweight cotton or georgette sarees. Our website’s detailed descriptions can help you choose based on fabric, style, and occasion.

Sarees typically come in one size, approximately 5 to 9 yards long, allowing for customization in the way they are draped. We also provide an unstitched blouse piece with each saree, which can be tailored to your size.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, we provide shipping across India. No matter where you are located, we ensure that your saree reaches you securely and on time.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within India. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order.

Since our products are Handwoven, fabrics are pure and present the finest quality, they require careful handling. At CulturalSaree, we strive to deliver authentic, high-quality sarees to our customers. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are applicable only for Banarasi sarees, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate any return. The video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and any issues with the product.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at contact@culturalsaree.com
    Provide the mandatory 360° product opening video along with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Once verified, we will process an exchange or refund.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items


    Customized sarees, discounted products, or items purchased during special sales or  gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Important Note

Without the required 360° unboxing video, we will not be able to process any return or refund request.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@culturalsaree.com.

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All payments must be made online at the time of checkout.
